1. Information You Give Us
We collect your information only when it is provided voluntarily, such as for volunteer registration or other ACTS activities. We will collect no more personally identifiable information than is reasonably necessary for you to participate in any ACTS activity.
2. Registration
When you sign up, ACTS asks for your first and last name, and contact information. None of this is personally identifiable information, because it cannot be used to contact or identify you offline. A valid e-mail address is also required and will only be used to provide you notifications regarding activities you are participating in.
For the duration of ACTS, all volunteers and community groups that are on festival grounds must consent to the use and possible distribution of their own photo. ACTS will not sell, trade or provide any information from the ACTS database, including personal information to companies, solicitors or other third parties for any reason. These photos will be used solely for promotional purposes for the festival.
