2024 TAIWANfest - Showcase Artist Form

TAIWANfest is looking for artists who want to express themselves to the fullest! Take our theme this year, Becoming Me, and put your own twist on it. Starting from language, and embarking on a voyage through historical legacies and cultural heritages, what inspirations can you draw from Taiwanese and Spanish culture? How will you share your story of becoming you with our audience?

Learn more about this year’s artistic direction.

Take over a booth in the open-air Garage Bays of Harbourfront Centre. Draw on your inner designer and give the space a makeover that reflects not only TAIWANfest’s theme but also you, as an artist. We are open to collaborating and discussing ideas to see what is possible!

Selected artists are required to attend a virtual interview. Selected artists must commit to attending the festival for 2 days and will be provided with an honorarium total of $1000.

DATES: Aug 23 – 25

HOURS: Sat 12PM – 7PM, Sun 12PM – 6PM
